Found this in a cookbook i just recived in the mail tried it everyone who tried it liked it next time i think i will add a little more mincemeat that was my favorite part!

Ingredients

1 3/4 c
all purpose flour
1/3 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c
sugar
1 c
butter, cold
1 c
chopped pecans
1 27 oz
jar mincemeat
1 15 oz
can pumpkin
1 14 oz
can sweetened condensed milk
2
eggs
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp
allspice, ground
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make Pumpkin Treats

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 425
  • 2In medium bowl,combine flour,brown sugar and sugar. Cut butter into flour mixture using pastry blender or two knives until mixture crumbles. Stir in pecans.Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining crumb mixture in bottom and halfway up sides of 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch baking pan. Spoon mincemeat over crust.
    In another bowl,combine pumpkin,milk,eggs,cinnamom,allspice and salt; mix until well blended. Pour mixture over mincemeat. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake an additional 40 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool in pan.Cut into bars and serve warm or room temperature. Store in refrigerator
