Found this in a cookbook i just recived in the mail tried it everyone who tried it liked it next time i think i will add a little more mincemeat that was my favorite part!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, cold
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 27 ounces jar mincemeat
- 1 15 ounces can pumpkin
- 1 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Heat oven to 425

Step 2In medium bowl,combine flour,brown sugar and sugar. Cut butter into flour mixture using pastry blender or two knives until mixture crumbles. Stir in pecans.Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining crumb mixture in bottom and halfway up sides of 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch baking pan. Spoon mincemeat over crust. In another bowl,combine pumpkin,milk,eggs,cinnamom,allspice and salt; mix until well blended. Pour mixture over mincemeat. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake an additional 40 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool in pan.Cut into bars and serve warm or room temperature. Store in refrigerator
