With the holidays coming I thought I would give you a few favorite recipes. There are so many recipes that maybe this has already been given if so I am sorry for the repeat.Have a nice holiday.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs (beat for 5 minutes)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- FILLING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons margarine
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make pumpkin roll

Step 1After you have beaten the three eggs for 5 minutes Add all of the other ingredients. Put pumpkin mixture on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. When done turn out on a tea towel sprinkled with powder sugar. While still warm roll up and let cool completely. now cream together the powdered sugar, butter, and the cream cheese. Then unroll and spread with filling and nuts, reroll and refrigerate.
