Pumpkin, one of my favorite flavors, for which my daughter teases me unmercifully. This has the consistency of a flan/creme caramel, with the wonderful pumpkin flavor. And it is easy to make!

How To Make pumpkin pudding squares

Mix and beat all together for 1 min. Pour into greased 9x13 and bake at 450 degrees for 30-35 min. It will have the consistency of a flan.
