Pumpkin, one of my favorite flavors, for which my daughter teases me unmercifully. This has the consistency of a flan/creme caramel, with the wonderful pumpkin flavor. And it is easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make pumpkin pudding squares

Step 1Mix and beat all together for 1 min. Pour into greased 9x13 and bake at 450 degrees for 30-35 min. It will have the consistency of a flan.
