pumpkin pudding cake
My Mom made this for Thanksgiving often. She used pecans for the topping. It is also good with a spice cake mix and you can use cinnamon or pumpkin pie mix. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make pumpkin pudding cake

Step 1Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, evaporated milk, and milk in order given. Pour into 9x13 pan.

Step 2Sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix over filling. Pour 1 C.melted butter evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle with 1 C. chopped nuts.

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees-1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream or also good cold.
