My Mom made this for Thanksgiving often. She used pecans for the topping. It is also good with a spice cake mix and you can use cinnamon or pumpkin pie mix. Yummy!

1 1/2 csugar

1 tspsalt

2 Tbspcinnamon

1 canevaporated milk

1/4 cmilk

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 cbutter melted

1 cchopped nuts
How To Make pumpkin pudding cake

1Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, evaporated milk, and milk in order given. Pour into 9x13 pan.

2Sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix over filling. Pour 1 C.melted butter evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle with 1 C. chopped nuts.

3Bake at 325 degrees-1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream or also good cold.
