Ingredients For pumpkin praline toffee bars

  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury perfectly pumpkin cookie mix
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    toffe chips
  • 1/3 c
    dark corn syrup

How To Make pumpkin praline toffee bars

    Heat oven to 350 and coat 8 X 8 inch pan with cooking/baking spray.

    Stir cookie mix and 1/2 cup melted butter in medium bowl until soft. Press into prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.

    Wisk egg, corn syrup and 2 tablespoons of melted butter and vanilla. Stir in toffee chips. Spread over baked layer evenly.

    Bake 23 - to 25 minutes or until topping is set and golden brown. Softened cream cheese icing can be added to this layer. Cool for 15 minutes and serve with whipped topping.
