Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (12 oz.) fat free or regular evaporated milk
- 3 - large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter, melted
How To Make pumpkin pie crunch bars

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

Step 2Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt together in a bowl. Pour mixture into the greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

Step 3Bake 50-55 minutes.

Step 4Refrigerate after cool. You may serve with whipped cream when serving.
