(15 oz.) pumpkin puree
1 can(s)
(12 oz.) fat free or regular evaporated milk
large eggs
1 c
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 1/2 c
chopped pecans
1 c
butter, melted

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Crunch Bars


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
  • 2Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt together in a bowl. Pour mixture into the greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  • 3Bake 50-55 minutes.
  • 4Refrigerate after cool. You may serve with whipped cream when serving.
