Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (12 oz.) fat free or regular evaporated milk
  • 3 - large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter, melted

How To Make pumpkin pie crunch bars

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt together in a bowl. Pour mixture into the greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  • Step 3
    Bake 50-55 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate after cool. You may serve with whipped cream when serving.
