  • 15 ounces pumpkin
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks butter melted
  • whipped cream for serving

How To Make pumpkin pie crunch

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  • Step 3
    Pour the mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the mixture.
  • Step 4
    Top with pecans and drizzle with the melted butter.

    Bake for about 50 minutes. Cool completely and serve with whipped cream.
