pumpkin pie crunch
I went to a friends house during the holidays last year and she served this to us for dessert--We loved it--the friend said she was not a good cook but thought this was easy and good. I found out she was right--Great for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients
- 1 can solid pumpkin ( 16 oz)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup butter--melted
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- - whipped cream topping
How To Make pumpkin pie crunch

Step 1Combine pumpkin , milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl. Pour into 13x9 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans.Drizzle with melted butter. ( do not use less)

Step 2bake 50 to 55 min. at 350 degrees or until golden.
