How to Make Pumpkin Pie Chips
- Cut your pumpkin in half, clean out each half, use a potato peeler to peel off the rind, then cut each half into thirds. Use a mandoline slicer to make chips.
- Heat olive oil or deep fryer and fry your pumpkin chips in batches. Outside edges should be golden brown. Remove chips and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet to drain.
