So much better than a plain old pumpkin pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can (large) can of pumpkin
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 stick butter (room temp)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

How To Make pumpkin pie cake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 325
  • Step 2
    mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, evaperated milk, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and vanilla together and pour into a 13x9 pan.
  • Step 3
    Mix stick of butter and yellow caked mix togther until fine crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes
