Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter (cold)
How To Make pumpkin pecan muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.Beat in wet ingredients. Fold in pecans.

Step 2Fill lined cupcake tins 3/4 full.

Step 3Prepare topping- in bowl add flour, brown sugar and pecans. cut in butter until crumbly.

Step 4Sprinkle topping over batter in prepared tins.

Step 5bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
