These are tasty little treats that are perfect for Fall and Family gatherings. Love these!!

Ingredients

1 box (18 1/4 oz) spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin
3 - eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- pecans; a piece for each muffin
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
- ground cinnamon to sprinkle on top

How To Make pumpkin pecan bites

Step 1

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pecans. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

Step 2

Fill paper lined mini muffin cups 2/3 full. Press a pecan piece into each.
Step 3

Bake at 350 for approx. 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pans to racks to cool completely
Step 4

beat all frosting ingredients except cinnamon together, spread on each bite and sprinkle with cinnamon
