This is a must on Thanksgiving. It is so yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages gingerbread mix
  • 1 package vanilla pudding; cook/serve
  • 1 can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup gingersnap cookies ; crushed

How To Make pumpkin/gingerbread trifle

  • Step 1
    Bake gingerbread as directed on package. Cool. Prepare pudding; set aside to cool. Stir pumpkin, sugar & cinnamon into pudding.
  • Step 2
    Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into bottom of dish. Pour 1/2 pudding over gingerbread; then add a layer of whipped topping. Repeat.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle top with crushed gingersnaps. Keep refrigerated.
