Ingredients
- 2 packages gingerbread mix
- 1 package vanilla pudding; cook/serve
- 1 can pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 ounces frozen whipped topping
- 1/2 cup gingersnap cookies ; crushed
How To Make pumpkin/gingerbread trifle

Step 1Bake gingerbread as directed on package. Cool. Prepare pudding; set aside to cool. Stir pumpkin, sugar & cinnamon into pudding.

Step 2Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into bottom of dish. Pour 1/2 pudding over gingerbread; then add a layer of whipped topping. Repeat.

Step 3Sprinkle top with crushed gingersnaps. Keep refrigerated.
