2 pkggingerbread mix
1 pkgvanilla pudding; cook/serve
1 can(s)pumpkin pie filling
1/2 cbrown sugar
1/3 tspground cinnamon
12 ozfrozen whipped topping
1/2 cgingersnap cookies ; crushed
How to Make Pumpkin/Gingerbread Trifle
- Bake gingerbread as directed on package. Cool.
Prepare pudding; set aside to cool. Stir pumpkin,
sugar & cinnamon into pudding.
- Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into bottom of dish.
Pour 1/2 pudding over gingerbread; then add a layer
of whipped topping. Repeat.
- Sprinkle top with crushed gingersnaps.
