  • 2 packages gingerbread mix
  • 5.1 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 30 ounces can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 ounces container cool whip
  • 1/2 cup ginger snaps

How To Make pumpkin gingerbread trifle

  • Step 1
    Bake the gingerbread according to package directions
  • Step 2
    Cool gingerbread completely
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, prepare the pudding and set aside to cool
  • Step 4
    Stir the pumpkin pie filling, sugar and cinnamon into the pudding
  • Step 5
    Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into the bottom of a bowl
  • Step 6
    Pour 1/2 of the pudding mix over the gingerbread, then add a layer of the cool whip
  • Step 7
    Repeat layers
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle on the top with crushed gingersnaps
  • Step 9
    Refrigerate overnight
