- 5.1 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
- 30 ounces can pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 ounces container cool whip
- 1/2 cup ginger snaps
How To Make pumpkin gingerbread trifle

Step 1Bake the gingerbread according to package directions

Step 2Cool gingerbread completely

Step 3Meanwhile, prepare the pudding and set aside to cool

Step 4Stir the pumpkin pie filling, sugar and cinnamon into the pudding

Step 5Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into the bottom of a bowl

Step 6Pour 1/2 of the pudding mix over the gingerbread, then add a layer of the cool whip
