Ingredients For pumpkin cupcakes

4eggs

1 cvegetable oil

2 csugar

2 call-purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking soda

1 1/2 ccanned pumpkin
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

8 ozpackage cream cheese, softened

3 Tbspbutter or margarine, softened

2 1/2 csifted powdered sugar

2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin cupcakes

1Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl; add all ingredients except frosting, and mix well with an electric mixer. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool; frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

2FROSTING: Combine cream cheese and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
