Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can regular size evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - cinnamon to taste
- 1 - dry yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
How To Make pumpkin crunch by earlene

Step 1Mix everything but the cake mix, nuts, and margarine together and pour into 9 x 13" sprayed pan. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the top of pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle chopped nuts over cake mix; melt two sticks of butter or margarine and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. YUMMO
