How to Make Pumpkin Crunch
- Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk,eggs,sugar,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
- Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Top with pecans and drizzle melted butter evenly over dry cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
Note* I like to top with ice cream or whipped topping.
