Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter, melted
- - whipped topping (optional)
- - ice cream (optional)
How To Make pumpkin crunch

Step 1Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk,eggs,sugar,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

Step 2Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.

Step 3Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Top with pecans and drizzle melted butter evenly over dry cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Note* I like to top with ice cream or whipped topping.
