Great recipe for the holiday season or any occassion. My family loves this recipe served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1 can(s)
pumpkin
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
3 large
eggs
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1 c
butter, melted
whipped topping (optional)
ice cream (optional)

How to Make Pumpkin Crunch

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk,eggs,sugar,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
  • 2Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
  • 3Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Top with pecans and drizzle melted butter evenly over dry cake mix.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Note* I like to top with ice cream or whipped topping.
