Great recipe for the holiday season or any occassion. My family loves this recipe served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. Hope you enjoy!

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 3 large
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • ·
    whipped topping (optional)
  • ·
    ice cream (optional)

How to Make Pumpkin Crunch


  1. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk,eggs,sugar,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
  2. Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Top with pecans and drizzle melted butter evenly over dry cake mix.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Note* I like to top with ice cream or whipped topping.
