Ingredients
- 1 28oz cans pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 box jiffy yellow cake mix (one layer size)
- 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- INSTEAD OF 4 TSPS OF PUMPKIN PIE SPICE, YOU CAN USE 1/2 TSP GINGER, 1 TSP CINNAMON, 1/2 TSP NUTMEG, AND 1/2 TSP CLOVES. CAN ALSO USE MASHED SWEET POTATOES OR YAMS INSTEAD OF PUMPKIN.
How To Make pumpkin crumble

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, mix well. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan.

Step 2Mix dry cake mix and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture.

Step 3Top with chopped pecans.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until set.

Step 5Serve with whipped cream or cool whip.
