Ingredients
- 1 large can of pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 - nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- TOPPING
- 1 box yellow or butter flavored cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make pumpkin crisp

Step 1Mix together thoroughly in a medium bowl and pour into a greased 9 x 12 baking dish.

Step 2Sprinkle a dry yellow cake mix on top. Drizzle one stick of melted butter over cake mix. Finish by sprinkling one cup of chopped pecans over the top. Bake at 350º for one hour.

Step 3Garnish with a dollop of cool whip. This is great when served warm..
