1 large
can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 can(s)
(12 oz) evaporated milk
eggs, slightly beaten
1 c
1 tsp
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1 tsp
1 box
(18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1 c
chopped pecans (or so)
1 stick
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
brown sugar

How to Make Pumpkin Cobbler


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • 2Mix together the pumpkin, spices, sugar, eggs, salt and evaporated milk. Stir until blended. Pour into the pan.
  • 3Sprinkle the dry cake mix on top of the pumpkin mixture, top with pecans.
  • 4Pour melted butter over cake mix and nuts and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • 5Bake for 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
