I love pumpkin & I like variety so I made this recipe.A friend of mine made this and i just added my touches.

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk 13 oz
1 can pure pumpkin 29 oz
4 - eggs
2 sticks butter, melted
1 - yellow cake mix (not butter mix)
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 7 ingred. in big bowl. pour into a 9x13 cake pan ungreased.

Step 2

Sprinkle cake mix over entire batter. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Swirl with knife. Sprinkle with the nuts. Bake 1 hour (nothing more) cool for 1/2 hour. Serve with cool whip
