I got this recipe from a family friend. I got to sample it in March 2011 & loved it. I made it for the first time in April 2011 & it turned out yummy & easy to prepare. If you like pumpkin this is a must to try.
1Combine first three ingredients. Press into 9"x13" pan (greased & floured).
2Mix together pumpkin, eggs, salt, brown sugar, white sugar, evaporated milk & cinnamon (spices). Pour pumpkin mixture over cake (crust) mixture.
3To reserve dry mixture, add 1/2 c. sugar (brown preferrably), 1/2 stick margarine (less can be used). Mix till crumbly. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees, 55 minutes or till knife comes out clean.
