Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 4 sticks butter, softened
- 3 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut
How To Make pumpkin blondies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 18x13" pan with parchment paper.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in pumpkin until incorporated.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Step 4Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well-combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and coconut.

Step 5Spread evenly in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
