  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 4 stick
    butter, softened
  • 3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 large
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 2 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 c

How to Make Pumpkin Blondies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 18x13" pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in pumpkin until incorporated.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well-combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and coconut.
  5. Spread evenly in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
