These bars are very moist and tasty and are a HUGE hit wherever I take them!!!

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • CREAM CHEESE ICING
  • 3 ounces package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients together using a spoon.
  • Step 3
    Pour in an ungreased 11x15 inch pan (bar pan)
  • Step 4
    Bake for 25 min. If using a 13x9 pan, bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees.
  • Step 5
    Let cool, beat ingredients for cream cheese icing until smooth and spread on top of bars.
