Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 3 ounces package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Mix all ingredients together using a spoon.

Step 3Pour in an ungreased 11x15 inch pan (bar pan)

Step 4Bake for 25 min. If using a 13x9 pan, bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees.

Step 5Let cool, beat ingredients for cream cheese icing until smooth and spread on top of bars.
