This recipe was handed down from my mother-in-law and she got it from her mother.My family loves this.

Ingredients

Step 1

Boil one small potato and when it is done,drain water off of potato and cut potato in quarters and then mash one quarter of the potato and add powered sugar until the potatoes firm enough to roll out and then spread Peanut butter all over the potato that you mashed and made firm ,when you have it spread all over the potato , Then roll it up and cut slices and put in small pan with lid and put wax paper between layers ENJOY
