I made this with what I had on hand when I needed to taaaaake something to a meeting.

Ingredients

1/2 package white cake mix
2 sticks melted butter
3 large eggs
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 cup walnuts,chopped fine
INGREDIENTS FOR THE ICING
8 ounces carton of cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces package of cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 box instant pistachio pudding

How To Make pistachio walnut bars

Step 1

Mix all ingredients for bars well and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 22-25 minutes in a preheated 350 oven. Let cool completely before icing.

Step 2

For icing: Fold cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add picstacioo pudding and other ingrediants to the bowl.Mix well. Ice cake and place in refrigerator.
