Ingredients

- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- CRUST
- 2 ND LAYER
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- small 1/2 carton cool whip
- 3 RD LAYER
- - mix 2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4 TH LAYER
- - top with 8 oz cool whip. garnish with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries if desired. chill for 1 hour

Step 1Mix together press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min and cool

Step 2Mix the second layer in mixer and spread on crust in 9x13 pan. Spread pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer
