This is a recipe from my mother and was a favorite. I lost my mother in 1991 and miss her a bunch. I have made a couple of changes to the original recipe that is in my mothers hand writing. I wanted to honor her and share the recipe. It is a good one.

Ingredients

2 packages pistachio instant pudding
1 large container of cool whip
1 medium can of crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup finely chopped pistachios

How To Make pistachio dessert

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 cup of the pistachio's

Step 2

Top the mixture with the remaining pistachios and chill for a couple of hours.
