Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (do not use cake with pudding in the mix)
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding (small)
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make pistachio bread

Step 1Beat together cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil, and sour cream. Pour 1/3 of the batter in a greased loaf pan. Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Alternate layers of batter with layers of cinnamon mixture (3 each); ending with cinnamon mixture as top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ENJOY!!!
