A nurse friend at North Monroe gave me this recipe. It was a favorite of my mother.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 box raspberry jello

How To Make pink fluff

  • Step 1
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and place in refrigerator.
  • Step 2
    When jello begins to congeal, add well drained pineapple and cream cheese which has been mashed with a fork.
  • Step 3
    Fold in cool whip and stir in the nuts. Chill until serving time. Best if chilled overnight.
