- 1 package digestive biscuits
- 4 ounces margarine
- 6 ounces confectioners' sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 4 ounces double cream

How To Make pineapple fridge cake

Step 11st layer:- 4oz margarine 1 pkt digestive biscuits crush the biscuits but leave about 4-6 for topping melt the margarine and mix with the crushed biscuits spread into a swiss roll tin and bake at 350f or 170c for 15 minutes. leave to cool

Step 22nd layer:- 4oz margerine 6 oz confectionary sugar cream together with 2 eggs, and spread over 1st layer

Step 33rd layer:- crushed pineapple 4oz double cream drain the crushed pineapple whip the cream and mix with the crushed pineapple and spread over the 2nd layer with the 4-6 crushed biscuits left over sprnkle over the top and then place in the fridge for at least 6 hours better overnight
