Ingredients
- 2 cups graham crackers crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, to taste
- - milk or cream (enough to make spreadable)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (large can, well drained)
- 1/2 pint whipping cream

Step 1CRUST: Mix together graham crackers and melted butter. Set aside 1/2 cup; press remaining mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees; allow to cool.

Step 2ICING: Mix together next four ingredients; spread onto cooled crust.

Step 3FILLING: Whip the cream until stiff, then fold in the pineapple. Spread on icing layer and top with reserved graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results.
