I was looking for a great recipe for Cheesecake and I happened to be on Kraft website and came across this recipe, I’ve been making it for years. Excellent Cheesecake recipe, family loves it and I’ve been asked to make for others too. I hope you enjoy this Cheesecake as much as we do.

    finely crushed graham crackers
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 5 pkg
    8oz philadelphia cream cheese , softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    breakstone's or knudsen sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 4
    eggs , room temprature

    Heat oven to 325 degrees F if using a silver 9 inch springform pan (or to 300 degrees F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan). Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
