Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 - vanilla wafers cookies
- 1 clove (21 oz) cherry pie filling
How To Make petite cheesecakes

Step 1Line muffin tins with paper cups. Place one wafer, rounded side down in each cup. Heat oven to 375.

Step 2Beat cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill each cup 2/3 full of mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes till set.

Step 3Cool and then top with pie filling, 1 Tbsp on each cup and chill.
