This cheesecake is frozen (no baking) and tastes like peppermint ice cream. I've been making this every Christmas for years. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 ozs. each)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ozs.)
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candy
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 pint heavy cream
How To Make peppermint cheesecake

Step 1Combine crushed cookies, melted butter and sugar. Press into 9-inch springform pan or 9" x 13" baking pan. Set aside.

Step 2Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk gradually. Stir in candy and chocolate chips.

Step 3Beat cream until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour over cookie crust. Cover and freeze.

Step 4To serve let stand for a few minutes. Remove sides of springform pan. Garnish with additional crushed peppermint if desired.
