Step 1Combine and cook over low heat, stirring until sugars are dissolved. Cook to 246 degrees. Remove and add vanilla and nuts. Stir the vanilla and nut meats until coating forms on nuts. Turn onto waxed paper or tray. Separate nuts and store.
