My mom used to work at curling rink concession. Peggy made the butter tarts in the kitchen. Mom says they never lasted, long as they were a best seller. Peggy gave the recipe to Mom and passed it on to me. I only added the raisins and walnuts as optional. Enjoy!

How To Make peggy morgan butter tarts

1Pre heat oven to 375 C

2Mix in brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs until light and fluffy..

3Add salt and vanilla

4Add raisin and or walnuts to each tart shell
