Ingredients For pecan tassies

2 Tbspmelted butter

2eggs
-
1 cpecans - chopped

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cbrown sugar

1 dashsalt
- CRUST

1/2 csoftened butter

4 ozsoftened cream cheese

1 1/4 cflour
How To Make pecan tassies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Mix together melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, brown sugar and a dash of salt. Add chopped pecans. Set aside

3Cream together softened butter and cream cheese, add flour. either scoop with 1 inch dough scoop or roll into one inch balls and press into small tart pan. I use a tart press to make more even crusts. Add pecan filling to each.

4Bake for 15 minutes until edges of crust are golden brown. Cool and enjoy. Makes 2 dozen.
