Ingredients

1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans

How To Make pecan delights

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in water and vanilla. Combine flour and nuts. Add gradually to creamed mixture. Shape to size of dates. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 25-30 mins. in a 350 degree oven until light brown. Cool; then roll in granulated sugar.
