- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
- - ice cream
How To Make pecan cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a 9x13 inch cake pan or casserole dish, place the butter and put in the oven to melt.

Step 3Once butter is melted, sprinkle the pecans over the butter.

Step 4Spread the dry cake mix evenly over pecans, do not stir. Next spread the brown sugar over the cake mix.

Step 5Carefully pour the hot water over the mixture, do not stir.

Step 6Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
