- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, creamy (i use reduced fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup quick oats

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* MIX INGREDIENTS IN ORDER LISTED, SPREAD IN 9*13 PAN BAKE @ 350* FOR 15 MIN. AFTER BAKING: 1. SPRINKLE WITH 1 C. SEMI-SWEET CHOCO BITS AND LET MELT FOR 5 MIN. 2. WHILE WAITING, in separate bowl MIX: 1/2 C. POWDERED SUGAR 1/4 C. PEANUT BUTTER 3 TBS. MILK 3. SET ASIDE 4. SPREAD CHOCO BITS OVER BAKED SQUARES 5. FINALLY, DRIZZLE WITH PB FROSTING and MARBLE the FROSTING 4. LET COOL. THEN COVER AND REFRIGERATE.
