- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup oats, uncooked
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- OPTIONAL CRUNCH
- 2 - 3 tablespoons Corn Flakes
- 2 - 3 tablespoons chopped nuts

How To Make peanut studded oat delights

Step 1Warm the peanut butter and corn syrup for 15–20 seconds in the microwave.

Step 3Stir in vanilla and salt.

Step 4Add the 1 cup of oats (and any crunch) to the bowl.

Step 5Mix well—it’ll look dry at first, then come together.

Step 6Let sit 5 minutes.

Step 7Squeeze teaspoon-sized scoops tightly in your hand, then roll into balls.

Step 8Roll the balls in the crushed peanuts.

Step 9Chill for 20 minutes if you want them firmer.

Step 10Optional tweaks: Lightly toast the oats in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes before mixing. Add 2–3 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips or raisins after mixing (when the mixture has cooled a bit).
