this is one of my favorite peanut butter desserts it is great for the kids they love it as well

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1/2 c
shortening
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
peanut butter
1
egg
1 1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda

FOR TOPPING:

1/2 c
peanut butter
1 pkg
(10 oz) regular marshmallows
1/2 c
hot fudge ice cream topping
1/3 c
salted peanuts, chopped (optional)

How to Make Peanut Butter Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1crust: cream the shortening and sugars together, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well together.
  • 2press onto a 12 inch ungreased pizza pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • 3remove from oven and proceed with toppings. carefully spread warmed peanut butter on hot crust.
  • 4cover peanut butter with the marshmallows, bake at 400 for 5-8 minutes until marshmallows are slightly browned.
  • 5remove from oven. drizzle with hot fudge topping and sprinkle with peanuts. cut into wedges and serve warm.
