Ingredients

(10.5 oz/snack size) brownies
1
egg
1/4 c
oil
2 Tbsp
water
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 pkg
(1.63 oz) peanut butter m&m's
1/2 c
powdered sugar
2 Tbsp
peanut butter, creamy
1 Tbsp
plus milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Peanut Butter Glazed Brownies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 325. Grease 8x8 inch pan.
  • 2Combine the brownie mix, egg, oil, water and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a medium size bowl. Stir until well moistened. Fold in m&'s.
  • 3Pour the batter into you pan.
  • 4Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies are done, to tell if they are done, insert a toothpick about a inch from the edge of the pan, it should come out clean.
  • 5In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk and remaining teaspoon vanilla.
  • 6Add additional milk until the glaze is just thin enough to be poured.
  • 7Pour the glaze over the warm brownies, spread with a knife if necessary.
  • 8Allow the glaze to set. Store brownies in a airtight container.
