peanut butter chip triangles
These lil' sweeties answer a peanut butter craving call any day of the week! FYI-I have been known to spread more pb or honey or grape jam right over the top while eating them! 8)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter
- 1 2/3 cups (10 oz.) pkg. reese's peanut butter chips,divided
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk ( not evaporated)
- 1 - egg,slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- - powered sugar (for dusting)
How To Make peanut butter chip triangles

Step 1Heat oven to 350F. Stir together flour and brown sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter chips. Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk,egg,and vanilla. Stir in remaining chips and walnuts.Spread evenly over hot baked crust.

Step 3Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2" or 2 1/2" squares; cut squares diagonally into triangles. Sift powdered sugar over top, if desired.
