I love cheesecake. Just about any kind of cheesecake makes me happy (although I am sure some flavors wouldn't work), and this one is wonderful and peanut buttery! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- - powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- COOKIE CRUST:
- 10 - non-filled peanut butter cookies, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make peanut butter cheesecake

Step 1Oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter; beat smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour. Scrape sides of bowl and add eggs, mixing on medium speed. Add vanilla. Do not overmix. Pour into prepared cookie crust. Place in oven on center rack. Bake in water bath for approximately 2 hours or until knife in center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar.
