peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
butter, room temperature (unsalted)
pure vanilla extract
butterscotch chips (or more, if you like)
How to Make Peanut Butter Blondies
2In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar, peanut butter, eggs, butter and vanilla.
3In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Stir in butterscotch chips
5Spread into an ungreased 9x13 pan
6Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
They will be cracking and brown around the edges when done.
Cool, cut and serve.
