1 capple butter or peach preserves
2apples if wanted for added flavor
1 tspvanilla extract
1/2 cmilk/lowfat or skim

1MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER(WITH LEFTOVER CORNBREAD, THEN PUT IN GLASS BAKING DISH/CASSEROLE AND BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 45-55 MINUTES, LESS IF BAKING IN ELECTRIC OVEN; SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM, LOWFAT OR WHIPPED CREAM; BEATS THROWING OUT ANY LEFTOVER CORNBREAD FROM THE DAY BEFORE'S MEAL!!
