  • 1 stick butter or parkay/or whatever u like!
  • 1 cup apple butter or peach preserves
  • 2 - apples if wanted for added flavor
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk/lowfat or skim

  • Step 1
    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER(WITH LEFTOVER CORNBREAD, THEN PUT IN GLASS BAKING DISH/CASSEROLE AND BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 45-55 MINUTES, LESS IF BAKING IN ELECTRIC OVEN; SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM, LOWFAT OR WHIPPED CREAM; BEATS THROWING OUT ANY LEFTOVER CORNBREAD FROM THE DAY BEFORE'S MEAL!!
