Ingredients
- 1 pound vegetable oil
- 1 pound all purpose shortening
- 1 pound bread flour
How To Make pan coating (for baking)

Step 1Place all of the ingredients in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Blend on low speed for 5 minutes or until smooth.

Step 2Store in an opaque airtight container at room temperature (may be stored for up to 1 month).

Step 3Apply to baking pans in a thin, even layer using a pastry brush.
