How to Make Pan Coating (for baking)


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Blend on low speed for 5 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Store in an opaque airtight container at room temperature (may be stored for up to 1 month).
  3. Apply to baking pans in a thin, even layer using a pastry brush.
