Ingredients

  • 1 pound vegetable oil
  • 1 pound all purpose shortening
  • 1 pound bread flour

How To Make pan coating (for baking)

  • Step 1
    Place all of the ingredients in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Blend on low speed for 5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Store in an opaque airtight container at room temperature (may be stored for up to 1 month).
  • Step 3
    Apply to baking pans in a thin, even layer using a pastry brush.
