- CRUST:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- OOEY GOOEY:
- 1 box confectioners' sugar (approximately 3 1/2 cups)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 - eggs
How To Make ooey gooey lemon brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 300'F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine cake mix, melted butter and one egg to a soft dough. Press into the bottom of the pan. Set aside while you make the next layer.

Step 3Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and remaining two eggs until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Pour on top of unbaked crust.

Step 4Bake at 300 for 40-50 minutes until top is golden brown.
